Ehh, I’m back in LV. Had a magnificent time in Italy, visited such places as Pisa, Vinci, Siena, Rimini, Florence, Bologna, Maranello, Verona, Venice and lots more. Had some dangerous situations when driving through high mountains on narrow roads. Ate lot of pizzas and so on. To sum up – journey was worth it!

Madrid Guide I: Food

If you ever happen to be in Madrid, you just have to go to Maceiras (Calle de las Huertas, 66, nearest metro station – Antón Martin) – the food is outstanding there. It’s traditional Galician. Of course, if you can visit Galicia, you will find plenty of places where to try Pulpo (octopus) or Croquetas or Navajas (razor shells) and don’t forget Albariño wine. The perfect combination.

insomnia

here it comes… as usual, before important events in my life, I have insomnia. I guess because I thought that by going to sleep earlier I could accelerate time – but again and again I learned that it can’t be done. That didn’t stop me, and wouldn’t in the future either.
Que sera, sera.

34hours to go… although I’ve already been in Spain, there’s allways that tingling feeling when you go abroad. This will be a week to remember! I just know it.
Vino tinto, tapas, tortilla and of course – jamon.
